Every piece at Bianca Jeswant is made-to-order, only going into production once you place your order. This helps us keep our inventories low, reduce wastage, and keep our production cycle flexible. This results in a slightly longer wait time for you, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

Your package will be shipped out within 12 working days from the day you place your order. We do our best to send it out as soon as it is ready to ship. If there are any unavoidable delays in delivering your order, you will be notified by email.

All your orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, DTDS, BlueDart etc. We charge a flat fee of Rs.100 for shipping, and shipping is free for purchases above Rs. 3000.
