Returns

We make every effort to ensure you are fully satisfied with our product. Each piece is made-to-order, with a great deal of care and attention to detail. But in the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at customerservice@biancajeswant.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

If you received a damaged or incorrect order, we will refund your entire amount. Please contact us with your order number and an image of the issue within 7 days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, and in its original packaging.

If it is a sizing issue, we will offer you an exchange for a different size, subject to availability of fabric. As a part of our effort towards responsible production and maintaining exclusivity, we stock very limited quantities in each style. So it is imperative that you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order for us to process an exchange. Any exchange, return request raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that we only facilitate one exchange/return per order. 

Being disappointed with an order is an experience both you and we would love to avoid. So we urge you to take your time to consider your purchase and ensure you've selected the right size before you place your order. Please refer to the Size Guide page, and reach out to us if you need help determining your size.

We do not offer any exchange or refund on discounted items. We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Soon after the order is received, the garment goes into production. If the cancellation request is received any later than 24 hours after the order is placed, the production process will already be under way, and we will be unable to process your request.
