SIZE GUIDE

Finding your size

Please use this guide and take accurate measurements to make sure you find your perfect size. You may use these measurements to select your most accurate size.

The image and instructions below will help you locate the key positions on your body that will determine which size you should choose.

Chest - Measure around the widest part of your chest, over the apex points. Ensure the tape measure is held parallel to the floor.

Waist - Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. On most bodies, the narrowest measurement lies an inch or two above the belly button.

Hip - Measure around the widest part of your hip, ie around the butt. Again, ensure the tape measure is held parallel to the floor.

Bicep - Measure around the top of your arm where it is widest, right at the armpit.

Measure carefully with a tape measure, fitting the tape snugly (but not tight) to your body.  It's important that you measure with the undergarments on you plan to wear with your purchase.

The measurements in the size chart correspond to body measurements, NOT* garment measurements. Order based on your actual measurements - do not size up or down unless noted in the product description, or you would like a different fit than depicted on the model.

If your measurements fall between sizes

It's usually best to order based on your largest measurement.  For example, if you have a bust measurement of 38" but a waist measurement of 31" and a hip of 41", it is best to order a Large instead of Medium so the garment is not too tight in the bust area.  Waists can easily be taken in, whereas extra room cannot be added to the bust.
